Goin' Outfield!

Look at that face.

Pretty much not well-rested despite a few hours of off that has been given today.

On the morning of 3rd Feb, I'll be embarking on something I've not done since last August. I'll be going outfield bebeh!

And what makes it interesting is that despite my condition, my superior still wants to bring me. Let's pray for his benefit that nothing happens to me.

In any case, I'll be gone for 7 days. That's even longer than what I've been through in Tekong. And mind you, the exercise which I'm a part of, is the first in 10 years. Can you believe it? 10 friggin' years and the whole bunch of us just have to be a part of it.

In any case, my mind's quite tuned to the fact I'm going to spend 6-7 nights in a jungle far away (well, not too far. They say Jalan Kayu's a few minutes away) from civilization. However, as far as the Army goes, everything's unpredictable.

Otherwise, pray for my safety. I'll be back before you know it, hopefully having shed a few grams along the way. Hahaha.
